Manager’s Messages
As your Community Manager, I would like to take a moment to thank all residents for your continued cooperation and commitment to helping keep our community a wonderful place to live.
With spring upon us, it’s a great time to refresh and take pride in our surroundings. Seasonal upkeep, landscaping, and general maintenance not only enhance the beauty of our neighborhood but also contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment for everyone to enjoy.
As we move through the season, we kindly ask that everyone remain mindful of the Association’s rules and guidelines. These standards are in place to maintain the overall appearance, safety, and property values of our community. Simple efforts such as proper trash disposal, maintaining your property, and adhering to parking regulations go a long way in preserving a healthy and welcoming place to live.
We also encourage homeowners to stay engaged by attending Board meetings and reviewing community communications. Your involvement and feedback are always valued and play an important role in the success and well-being of our community.

Manager’s Message
Patrols are regularly performed in the community. Be sure you have a yellow tag to avoid a citation or tow. If you need a red parking tag, please contact Jmacias@actionlife.com or 949-450-0202.
Condo Building Painting
We are excited to inform you that our community will undergo a significant maintenance project beginning Monday, May 6th, our contractor will commence painting throughout the community to enhance our property’s appearance. Power washing will take place Friday 5/3/2024.
To assist you in planning for this project, we have emailed residents a detailed map outlining the areas that will be addressed first. Please review this map for specific information regarding the schedule and areas of focus.
Our vendor, Empire Works, will be placing notices on buildings to be serviced, and they are available to address any inquiries you may have. Should you have questions or need further assistance, please contact the Empire Works office directly at 888-278-8200.
FHA Approved
The Association has now re-certified and is again FHA and VA approved. This will increase the potential for quicker home sales turnaround and would allow for more loan opportunities to new homebuyers!
